On October 24, 2005, Boeing Canada Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, completed the sale of the assets and undertaking of its operations in Arnprior, Ontario to Arnprior Aerospace, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Industries Inc. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The Boeing team was led by its in-house counsel Deborah Telman and Amy Tu. Boeing was represented in Canada by McMillan Binch Mendelsohn LLP with a team led by John Clifford (corporate) with support from David Ross, David Slan and James Weber (real estate), Darryl Hiscocks and Ivan Luksic (labour and employment), Omar Wakil (competition), Courtney Weiner (corporate) and David Wentzell (pension).
