Brookfield Asset Management Completes $350M Note Offering

On October 25, 2010, Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (“Brookfield”) completed an offering of $350 million principal amount of 5.3 per cent senior unsecured notes due March 1, 2021 (the “Notes”). The Notes were offered through a syndicate of agents led by CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and TD Securities Inc., and included Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.
