Brookfield Infrastructure Completes Offering of Medium Term Notes

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (NYSE: BIP, TSX: BIP.UN) completed an offering of $400 million principal amount of 3.455 per cent medium term notes due October 2017. The notes were offered through a syndicate of agents led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Canada Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (Canada) Inc. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. and included CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
