Has been involved in several debt restructurings representing both creditors and debtors. Has worked on several financings in the Seniors Housing sector. Recent experience includes representing: Andlauer Healthcare Group in its C$2.2 billion acquisition by UPS; Amp Energy in the carve-out of its Australian and UK portfolios of power generation and storage assets by Carlyle; Docebo in a new revolving operating credit facility with NBC; SBA Communications in the C$446 million sale of its Canadian wireless tower business to CVC DIF; TD Bank as the Agent in a $2.5 billion financing for Quadreal; and KKR as Canadian counsel in making available a Revolving Trade Receivables Facility to Tropicana.
