Capstone Infrastructure acquires Renewable Energy Developers

Capstone Infrastructure Corporation completed the acquisition of Renewable Energy Developers Inc. pursuant to a statutory plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act. In accordance with the terms of the arrangement, ReD shareholders received 0.26 of a common share of Capstone and $0.001 in cash for each ReD share held, for total consideration of approximately $70 million.
