CIBC Mellon Sells its Issuer Services Business

On November 1, 2010, CIBC Mellon sold its issuer services business to Canadian Stock Transfer Company Inc., a business of Pacific Equity Partners of Sydney, Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed.
