GTAA Renews MTN Program

On October 13, 2005, the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) renewed its medium-term notes program with the filing of a short-form base shelf prospectus qualifying the issuance of up to $2.5 billion of medium term notes.The GTAA subsequently completed an issue of $350 million 10-year medium term notes, which closed on October 26, 2005.

The syndicate of agents for this successful offering was led by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and also included CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
