H.I.G Capital acquires Quisitive

On March 11, 2025, Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc. completed the sale of all of its issued and outstanding common shares to an affiliate of funds managed by H.I.G Capital, for a total equity value of approximately $169.1 million.
