Antoine regularly advises clients in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, power and renewable energy, transportation, and retail. In addition, Antoine has experience representing issuers, investment banks, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors in a large variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, investment grade, and high-yield debt.
