IHS Enters into US$1B Credit Facility

On January 5, 2011, IHS Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries (“IHS”) entered into US, Canadian, UK and Swiss revolving and term loan credit facilities in the principal aggregate amount of US$1 billion.

The facilities were agented by JPMorgan Chase, N.A. as administrative agent and are being made available by a syndicate of 12 Canadian, US and international financial institutions.

With offices in more than 30 countries worldwide and with more than 4,200 employees, IHS provides information and insight in energy, economics, geopolitical risk, sustainability and supply chain management.
