Inter Pipeline completes $345M Public Offering of Common Shares

Inter Pipeline Ltd., a major petroleum transportation, natural gas liquids extraction and bulk liquid storage business with energy infrastructure assets in Western Canada, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany and Ireland, completed a $345-million public offering of common shares. 

The offered shares included $45-million of shares issued upon the exercise in full of an over-allotment option granted by Inter Pipeline to the underwriters of the offering.  The offering represented Inter Pipeline's first equity offering following its conversion from a limited partnership structure to a corporation on September 1, 2013.

The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by TD Securities Inc., as sole bookrunner, and CIBC World Markets Inc., as co-lead underwriter, and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., FirstEnergy Capital Corp., Canaccord Genuity Corp., Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and Peters & Co. Limited.
