MYR Group Construction Canada acquisition of Powerline Plus and PLP Redimix

On January 4, 2022, all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Powerline Plus Ltd. and its affiliate, PLP Redimix Ltd. (collectively, the “Powerline Plus Companies”) were acquired by MYR Group Construction Canada, Ltd., a Canadian subsidiary of MYR Group Inc. (collectively, “MYR Group”).

The Powerline Plus Companies together comprise a leading full-service electrical distribution construction company, founded by Ben Matin in 1990 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. MYR Group is a holding company of leading specialty contractors serving the electric utility infrastructure, commercial and industrial construction markets throughout the United States and Canada.
