Royal Bank of Canada renewed its US$14 billion debt issuance programme, which closed on July 25, 2003. The co-arrangers of the programme were Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets Inc., and the dealers on the programme were Barclays Capital, Bear, Stearns International Limited, Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch International, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets.
