Richardson Partners Completes Private Equity Offerings

Richardson Partners Financial Limited, the brokerage firm established by Winnipeg's Richardson family in 2003 and one of Canada's fastest-growing wealth management firms, recently completed two offerings of limited partnership units in its RPFL–Richardson Capital Private Equity Limited Partnership No. 2. The offerings are designed to give the brokerage's retail customers an opportunity to participate in the hot private equity market usually reserved for pension funds and institutional investors. Together, the two offerings raised a total of $116,950,000. The fund will invest the net proceeds of the two offerings in the Richardson Capital Private Equity Limited Partnership which is open only to new investors who make a commitment of not less than $20 million.
