On March 5, 2007 Richelieu Hardware Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary Richelieu America Ltd., acquired a distribution centre in Tennessee of CJ Company of Nashville, Inc. Dba Village Square Cabinet Supply. This acquisition brings the total number of Richelieu distribution centres in the USA to 15. The value of the transaction was not announced. Richelieu is Canada's leading distributor, importer and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products - and also ranks among the top players in its specialty in North America.
