Salesforce. Com Acquires Radian6

On May 2, 2011, saleforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM) completed, through its wholly owned subsidiary salesforce.com Canada Corporation, the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of Radian6 Technologies Inc., the market and technology leader in social media monitoring and engagement, for an aggregate purchase price of US$350 million in cash and stock, subject to adjustments.
