Secunda Holdings Acquires Charter Fleet Vessels and Related Assets

Secunda Holdings LP acquired 10 charter fleet vessels and related assets from subsidiaries of McDermott International, Inc. based in Houston, Texas. Secunda Holdings is a newly formed entity backed by Birch Hill Equity Partners, Canada's leading mid-market private equity firm. Secunda Holdings intends to continue and expand the existing business of servicing the Canadian East Coast offshore oil and gas industry with supply and standby vessels and vessel services from its base in Nova Scotia. The purchase price was undisclosed.
