Suncor Energy Completes US Offering

Suncor Energy Inc. completed, on December 1, 2003, a US$500 million offering in the US of its 5.95 per cent unsecured notes due on December 1, 2034, utilizing in full the unused portion available under its US$1 billion universal shelf prospectus. The offering was led by joint book-running managers, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and JP Morgan Securities Inc.
