TELUS purchases ADT Canada

On November 5, 2019, TELUS Corporation, one of Canada’s leading wireless telecommunications providers, completed its acquisition, through one of its subsidiaries, of all of the shares of ADT Security Services Canada, Inc., one of Canada’s leading providers of security and automation solutions serving residential and business customers.
