Linc is routinely retained by US private equity and hedge funds, US headquartered asset based lenders and prominent financial advisory firms acting in various court appointed capacities to provide strategic and legal advice for some of their most complicated mandates. Linc is chair of Blakes Distressed Retail Sub-Group and has played prominent roles in some of Canada’s largest retail insolvencies. Linc is also a leading contributor to continuing legal education. His work has been cited by courts in various Canadian jurisdictions, having published extensively in scholarly journals and trade publications for almost two decades. He is an invited speaker at conferences and seminars throughout Canada and the US. Many of his speaking engagements address diversity issues in the legal profession, and he has been recognized for his pioneering accomplishments in this area.
