Advises clients of all sizes on clearance, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights; appears before the Federal Court and Ontario courts. Past President of FICPI (the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys), and former President of FICPI’s Communications Commission. Past President of the CBA intellectual property section; past president of FICPI Canada; member of IPIC, AIPLA, AIPPI and FICPI. Has lectured on IP issues at McGill, McMaster and University of Toronto, and spoken at national and international meetings on current IP issues.
