The team has advised several national and international clients on legal compliance during mission-critical cyber incident responses. The data privacy and cybersecurity team guides clients through the complex framework of Canadian compliance obligations to ensure that clients have up-to-the-minute information to understand and effectively manage their data protection compliance obligations.
