Recent transactions include advising the lenders to the successful proponent for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project, the successful proponent for the Finch West LRT Project, and the lenders to the successful proponents for each of the Tlicho All-Season Road, RER Rutherford Station, RER Kipling Station, Michael Garron Hospital, and Brockville Hospital Projects. Recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of PPP & Infrastructure Projects in the current edition of Chambers Canada.
