Recent transactions include advising the lenders to the successful proponent for the McLoughlin Point Wastewater Project, a bidder for the Finch West LRT Project, the design-builder and service provider on the Kentucky Information Highway Project, and the lenders to bidders for each of the Gordie Howe International Bridge, George Massey Tunnel Replacement, CRD Residuals Treatment Facility, and Brockville Hospital Projects. Recognized as an “up and coming” lawyer in the area of PPP & Infrastructure Projects in the current edition of Chambers Canada.
