Jennifer Legge is a partner in the Banking & Finance, M&A and Restructuring & Insolvency Groups, and a member of the Management Committee in the Toronto office. She acts for both borrowers and lenders in domestic and international, secured and unsecured financings over a range of industries and financing types, including revolving and term credit facilities, asset based lending facilities, acquisition financing, term B loans, high yield debt financing, DIP credit facilities, project finance and note offerings. She advises clients on sale and buy side mandates for share and asset purchases, and on business combinations and reorganizations, equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures. She also acts on restructuring and insolvency mandates and has assisted clients with CCAA restructurings and CBCA arrangements. She is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada and Lexpert®/ROB Special Edition: Canada's Leading Infrastructure Lawyers. She speaks at industry conferences and client update seminars on credit facilities, and has co-authored Personal Property Security Law in Ontario. Jennifer is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, has taught the Business Law Section of the Bar Admission Course and participates as a speaker in the firm’s continuing legal education program.
