Adam Wagman is a senior partner and former managing partner at Howie, Sacks & Henry LLP. His practice is devoted to personal injury litigation, accident benefits claims, and other disability and insurance litigation. He is recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. Adam is a past President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), and he also served for many years on OTLA’s Board of Directors. His previous service includes: past president, Ontario Association of Community Based Boards for Acquired Brain Injury; founding Member of the Board, Brain Injury Society of Toronto; past member, Toronto Region Case Management Steering Committee; and past member of the Board, Peel Halton Acquired Brain Injury Services. Adam is honoured to have received an Ontario Brain Injury Association Professional Award and to be named one of the 25 most influential lawyers in Canada by Canadian Lawyer Magazine. Adam has been a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School and is a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education programs.
