Aoife's practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation, with particular experience in employment disputes, securities class actions, and complex real estate litigation. She has represented clients before all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and other Ontario tribunals. Aoife has also appeared in the Manitoba Court of Appeal, the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench, and the British Columbia Supreme Court. Aoife is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono and mentorship programs. As co-chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, she regularly appeared as duty counsel for Pro Bono Ontario and now volunteers with the Legal Advice Hotline. Aoife also serves as Member-at-Large of The Advocates’ Society’s Labour & Employment Practice Group.
