Aoife's practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation, with particular experience in employment disputes, securities class actions and complex real estate litigation. Aoife has represented clients before all levels of Court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and other Ontario tribunals. Aoife has also appeared in the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench. Aoife is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono and mentorship programs. Aoife regularly appeared as duty counsel for Pro Bono Ontario, and now volunteers with the Legal Advice Hotline.
