Arash Amouzgar

Arash acts for Canadian and international private equity sponsors in a broad range of M&A matters, as well as pension fund and institutional investors on private equity fund investments. He has led numerous complex transactions mandates across industries on complex joint ventures, business structuring, and commercial matters. Arash led the firm’s national compliance program to respond to corporate hygiene and transparency rule changes. He is a co-ordinator of the Firm’s California Initiative, which is focused on supporting the Firm’s California-based clients across a range of industries. In addition, Arash has completed a secondment to one of the Firm's foreign investment banking clients, where he worked on a broad range of corporate and securities matters.
