Cameron Siempelkamp

Cameron's practice focuses primarily on banking, debt financing, commercial lending and related transactions. He has experience acting on secured and unsecured debt financing transactions, syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, project financings, acquisition financings, cross-border financings, asset-based lending transactions, corporate reorganizations and private placements. Cameron acts regularly on behalf of both financial institutions and corporations in respect of a variety of debt financing transactions. He works primarily in the energy, renewable power, oil and gas, and related services industries.
