Daniel Remick is a partner in Koffman Kalef's Commercial Real Estate & Development team. He represents and advises clients with the purchase and sale of commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial, hotel, development property); structuring forms of ownership, including limited partnerships, joint ventures, co-ownership; leasing transactions; subdivisions, including airspace parcel subdivisions; land assemblies; drafting disclosure statements; and strata property matters. His clients include vendors and purchasers of commercial real estate, developers, and commercial landlords and tenants. Daniel remains current by regularly attending industry events organized by NAIOP, UDI, and CLEBC, and is a contributor to the CLEBC Commercial Leasing — Annotated Precedents publication. He has also attended the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute at Georgetown University. Daniel is consistently recognized as a leading practitioner in his practice area by The Best Lawyers in Canada. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 and the British Columbia bar in 2010.
