We are regularly engaged as senior counsel by Canadian, US and other international banks on lending, enforcement and bank regulatory issues, as well as by borrowers navigating complex financing arrangements.
Litigation/Arbitration/Dispute Resolution – We provide commercial litigation representation to our clients, including contract disputes, builders’ lien actions, and creditor enforcement actions. Our litigators appear regularly before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
