Leslie Tucker is a partner in Koffman Kalef's Lending/Insolvency and Commercial Real Estate & Development teams. She has particular experience advising on a variety of financing transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of credit agreements, facility letters, loan agreements, and security documents for construction loans, term loans, operating facilities, and equipment leasing transactions for local and cross-border deals. Leslie also advises on real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, structuring forms of ownership, leasing, financing, land assemblies, subdivisions, and developments (office, retail, hotel, residential). Her clients include lenders, real estate investors and developers, landlords, and tenants. Leslie remains current by regularly attending industry events organized by MIABC and CLEBC. She contributes to a number of CLEBC publications, including the British Columbia Personal Property Security Act, and is a member of the Editorial Board for the British Columbia Mortgages Practice Manual. She is consistently recognized as a leading practitioner in her practice areas by The Best Lawyers in Canada and Chambers & Partners Canada. Leslie was called to the British Columbia bar in 1993 and the Alberta bar in 2024.
