Danielle Butler

Danielle's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border structured finance transactions, asset-based lending transactions and debt financing transactions. She advises sellers, purchasers, servicers and custodians on public and private securitization transactions involving various asset classes, including auto loans and leases, residential and commercial mortgage loans, consumer loans, credit cards and trade receivables. Danielle also has experience representing lenders (bank and private credit) and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, bilateral and syndicated loan structures and asset-based financings. She regularly acts as local counsel on multi-jurisdictional structured finance and debt financing transactions and provides advice to sellers, purchasers, lenders and borrowers on the Canadian aspects of such transactions.
