Delna has a wide range of experience in private and public law matters. Her civil litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes, restructuring and insolvency cases, civil fraud, professional negligence and defamation matters. Her public law practice includes workplace investigations and judicial reviews. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as arbitrations and administrative tribunals.
