Eli Mogil is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Litigation Group in Toronto. His practice focuses on a wide range of litigation, including corporate commercial litigation, professional liability, and complex valuation disputes including in mining and financial services disputes. Eli also specialises in disputes related to construction, leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions, valuation arbitrations, and real property development, acting for a wide variety of clients, including investors, family offices, developers, leading landlords and major institutional tenants. His recent experience includes acting for investor groups on the ownership/sale of development lands worth $40 million in Vaughan, $100 million in Oakville, family office portfolios of $300 million, and in respect of leading office tower developments in Toronto. Eli was called to the Ontario bar in 2006.
