Graham's practice focuses on real property transactions, developments and financing, general corporate and commercial matters, infrastructure, public-private partnerships and other major projects. He has experience advising vendors, purchasers, developers and proponents concerning a wide range of corporate matters, development projects and commercial transactions. Graham has advised clients in a variety of industries, including seniors' care, gaming, mining, engineering, construction, hotels, shopping centres, office towers, energy, resort and hospitality, commercial real estate development and financial institutions. In 2018, Graham completed a six-month secondment with a large Canadian real estate investment, development and management company where he worked on a number of international investment projects as well as a range of in-house matters.
