Harinder provides practical legal advice to a diverse group of clients, from start-ups to multinational dual-listed issuers. His clients include public and private entities, private equity funds, and investment banks. His extensive experience in the M&A space includes takeover bids, plans of arrangement, and corporate reorganizations. He also advises issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including domestic and cross-border initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and new issues of equity and debt securities.
