Ian W. Reynolds, K.C., ICD.D, is a Senior Partner whose practice is centred solely on advising family offices, private equity funds, private companies, and their owners on complex corporate, M&A, governance, and strategic matters. He is particularly known for being a sophisticated transaction counsel, and for his work at the intersection of ownership, governance, and long-term value creation for closely held and privately controlled enterprises. Ian’s practice is complemented by a sustained focus on corporate governance and leadership. He has completed the Directors Education Program jointly offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and holds the Institute-certified Director designation (ICD.D). He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.
