Member of the Goodmans LLP team, acting as “legal counsel in residence” for the DMZ at Toronto Metropolitan University, one of Canada’s largest business incubators for emerging tech start-ups. Recent transactional experience includes acting on: Maple Corporation’s acquisition of Beyond ADHD, Apex Group Technologies Inc.’s acquisition of at least 51% and up to approximately 64% of the shares of MapsPeople A/S, 8Twelve Financial Technologies Inc.’s venture funding from NerdWallet Inc., and Klass Capital’s $13 million Series A funding of Workwize B.V.
