Jeremy's practice focuses on advising clients, in particular REITs and other real estate issuers, on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions for public and private companies. He acts for both issuers and underwriters on public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities. He also advises Canadian and international companies and REITs on a wide range of corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.
