Commercial real estate practice covers all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions (single and multi-asset), large and mid-scale secured financing, securitizations, asset management and development agreements, joint ventures, operating contracts, and leasing and licensing. Recent transactions include acting for lenders in respect of mid- and large-scale construction and permanent financings of condominium, energy, office, entertainment and gaming facilities, hydroelectric and timberland operations, and multi-asset mezzanine lending. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1997.
