Mr. Sirivar is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Litigation Group and Co-Chair of the Firm’s International Arbitration Group. He advises domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries, including mining, banking, and telecommunications, in complex commercial disputes. Mr. Sirivar provides strategic advice and has acted as trial and appellate counsel in numerous civil matters, appearing before all levels of court in Ontario. He has also argued numerous cases before arbitral tribunals seated in a variety of venues. Mr. Sirivar is co-author of the Canadian chapter in The Global Damages Review and is co-editor of McCarthy Tétrault’s International Arbitration and Mining Blogs.
