Kate McNeill-Keller is a Partner in the firm’s Labour & Employment Group in Toronto and is a member of the firm’s national Board of Partners. Kate is a strategic advisor to employers in the private and public sectors on all aspects of high stakes labour and employment law, providing practical, business-focused advice on matters such as workplace governance and design, human resources and labour relations advisory matters, statutory compliance, and complex collective bargaining. Kate maintains a hybrid practice, leveraging her skill as a litigator and advocate to represent clients in all manner of workplace dispute resolution and litigation, while also advising clients in transactional matters, providing subject matter expertise on M&A deals, private equity investments and other business law files. Kate also brings tremendous expertise and a thoughtful and pragmatic approach to complex, reputationally sensitive matters, routinely advising clients on crisis management and workplace investigations (including acting as an independent investigator on workplace harassment and discrimination matters).
