Kristyn is a corporate commercial lawyer specializing in energy and climate change. Kristyn works closely with her clients to help them structure and build resilient energy and infrastructure businesses, and transition to a low-carbon future. Kristyn’s practice focuses on commercial matters, M&A and private equity, generally and in the energy sector specifically. She has more than a decade of experience advising clients on all aspects of renewable energy, transmission build out, distributed energy resources and energy storage. She works with Indigenous and non-Indigenous project proponents, lenders, investors, utilities, municipal shareholders, the Independent Electricity System Operator, and other branches of government on energy and climate change matters.
