Linda's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions including private equity transactions. Linda has acted for public and private companies, boards of directors and special committees and institutional and strategic investors. She also advises on equity and debt financings, general corporate matters, securities law and compliance requirements, and corporate governance matters. Linda has represented clients in a wide range of industry sectors, including retail and consumer products, technology, financial services, investment funds, mining, agriculture, cannabis, renewable energy and real estate. Recent examples of Linda’s experience includes advising Sycamore Partners on its acquisition of the Canadian businesses of Lowe’s Companies and Starlight Investments and KingSett Capital on their acquisition of Northview Apartment REIT.
