Marie-Pier Cloutier, Partner at Woods LLP, has vast experience in civil, commercial and administrative litigation obtained over the course of ten years in high-profile and large-scale cases before trial and appeal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Admitted to the bars of Quebec and Ontario, her practice is broad, demonstrating her versatility. She has, among other things, represented corporations and individuals in class actions, lawsuits touching upon energy law, telecommunications and broadcasting law, consumer protection law, commissions of inquiry and defamation. Prior to joining Woods, she worked in commercial and regulatory litigation for the Attorney General of Canada.
