Recent transactions include advising the successful proponent for the GO Rail Expansion On-Corridor Project, the successful proponent for the Edmonton Valley Line West LRT Project, the lenders to the successful proponent for the Grandview Children’s Hospital Project, the lenders to a proponent for the Ontario Line – RSSOM Project, the lenders to a proponent for the Ontario Line – Southern Civil, Stations and Tunnel Project, and a proponent for the Broadway Subway Project. On September 28, 2018, Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, a Crown corporation of the Government of Canada, reached financial close with Bridging North America General Partnership (a partnership indirectly held by ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc., Fluor Canada Ltd. and Aecon Concessions, a division of Aecon Construction Group Inc.) for the design, construction, financing, operations, maintenance and rehabilitation of the Gordie Howe International Bridge Project, a new publicly-owned international bridge crossing between Windsor, Ont., and Detroit, Michigan.
On March 1, 2018, Brockville General Hospital (BGH) and Infrastructure Ontario (IO) reached financial close with EllisDon Infrastructure BGH Inc. (Project Co) to build the Brockville General Hospital - Phase 2 Redevelopment project.
On August 14, 2014, Hôpital Général de Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Inc. (HGH) and Infrastructure Ontario reached financial close with 2423403 Ontario Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bondfield Construction Company Limited (Bondfield Project Co) to build and finance the Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Redevelopment Project, located in Hawkesbury, Ontario. Bondfield Construction Company Limited will act as the Construction Contractor.
