A partner and former head of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department in Toronto, Natalie Rizkalla-Kamel’s practice focuses on strategic global trademark portfolio management, trademark prosecution, IP enforcement and corporate IP strategy. She has acted for clients from a variety of industries including retail, cosmetics, manufacturing, cannabis financial services and pharmaceuticals - ranging from startups to multinational corporations. A registered trademark agent, she advises clients on the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of their trademark rights in Canada and globally. She also advises on the IP aspects of M&A transactions. Natalie has an M.Sc. in civil engineering and is licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario. She has been recognized in Chambers Canada, The Best Lawyers in Canada, the Legal 500 Canada, World Trademark Review 1000 and World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) Leaders.
