Nick Kennedy is a partner at OKT with a broad litigation practice. He acts for Indigenous clients in IBA disputes, disputes over resource revenue sharing, oppression claims, energy regulatory matters, and corporate commercial litigation. He also has experience in constitutional (especially the division of powers), administrative, contract, construction, energy and freedom of information law matters. Nick has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and before a number of administrative tribunals. He is called to the bar in Ontario and is a member of the Barreau du Quebec.
