Samantha Cunliffe is a partner in the firm’s Infrastructure and Project Finance Groups in Vancouver. Her practice is primarily focused on the development and financing of complex infrastructure projects. She regularly acts for borrowers and lenders on both the commercial and financing aspects of projects in a wide range of industry sectors, including fibre networks, water treatment facilities, schools, hospitals, roads, rail and other transportation. Samantha’s recent work includes advising the successful consortium on the closing of the Alto - High Frequency Rail Project, advising the lenders to the successful consortium on the closing of the Alberta Schools Bundle 5 Project, advising the lenders to a bidding consortium on the Ontario Science Centre Relocation Project, advising the lenders to the successful consortium on the closing of the Mapleton Water Treatment Plant Project and advising the successful consortium on ongoing matters related to the Go Rail Expansion – On Corridor Works Project.
