In her practice, Shannon focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, including business acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, and assisting clients with general corporate law matters and commercial agreements. Shannon has participated in numerous transactions in various sectors including manufacturing and services, renewable energy (including acquisitions of wind, solar and biomass projects), food distribution, insurance and technology. She advises clients on various aspects of the transaction process, from due diligence to transaction closing, including the drafting and reviewing of transaction agreements. Shannon is fluent in French and English.
